Partner agreement
Partner terms — you work for yourself
Version 2026-08-18b
These are the terms every Credocent partner accepts before the account is approved. Read them once — they decide who is responsible for what.
01
Commission is the only payment
The commission in the affiliate programme is the only payment you can ever claim — for all work, all time and all results. There is no salary, hourly pay, minimum pay, bonus, advance or guaranteed income, and nothing is paid for trials, meetings, training, onboarding, reporting or time spent without a sale. Credocent covers no costs: phone, travel, fuel, computer, software, leads, advertising, courses or office. On termination nothing is owed beyond commission already earned on paid months. You may not invoice Credocent for anything other than earned commission.
02
You are independent, not employed
You work as an independent contractor. There is no employment relationship, no working hours, no holiday pay, no pension, no sick pay and no insurance from Credocent. You decide yourself when, how much and how you work, you use your own equipment, and you are free to work for other companies at the same time.
03
Tax and VAT are your own responsibility
You alone are responsible for reporting and paying tax, VAT and any social security contributions in your own country, and for registering a business if your country requires one. Commission is paid gross, with no deductions. Credocent withholds no tax and reports no income on your behalf.
04
You cannot bind Credocent
You have no authority to enter into agreements, sign anything, give guarantees or promise prices, discounts, features or delivery dates on behalf of Credocent. Only Credocent enters into customer agreements. Anything you claim beyond our published material is your own statement.
05
You follow the law where you sell
You are responsible for complying with marketing, telemarketing and data protection rules, including GDPR, in every country where you contact businesses. Businesses only, never private individuals. No cold calls in Germany or Switzerland. Contact data stays in the partner portal, and a no means the contact goes on the shared do-not-contact list straight away.
06
You cover claims caused by your own work
If a claim, fine or loss arises from your sales work, your statements or your breach of these terms, you cover it and hold Credocent harmless. Credocent does not cover your costs, travel, equipment or lost income.
07
How commission works
You earn €50 for each of the first 2 months a customer you referred actually pays. Nothing is paid for trials, unpaid months or months beyond that. No commission is paid for self-registrations, for companies that are already our customers or leads, or where fraud or misuse is involved. Payouts go to the PayPal address or bank account you registered.
08
Either side can stop
Credocent may pause or close a partner account with 30 days' written notice, and immediately on breach of these terms, fraud or breach of the contact rules. You may stop whenever you like. Our total liability to you is limited to commission already earned on paid months and not yet paid out.
09
This is not a commercial agency
You are not a commercial agent, distributor, franchisee or partner in a company-law sense. You have no exclusive rights to any territory, customer segment or customer list, and you are free to sell other products. When the cooperation ends you have no claim to goodwill indemnity, termination compensation or any payment for customer relationships beyond commission already earned on paid months. Where mandatory local law gives you such a claim anyway, commission already paid is set off against it.
10
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. Continued use of your partner account after we notify you counts as acceptance of the new version. The agreement is governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court as the venue. Where the country you work from has mandatory rules that cannot be set aside by agreement, those rules apply first; the rest of the agreement stays in force. If one clause is invalid in one country, the remaining clauses still apply.
Translated for convenience. If a translation and the English version disagree, the English version applies.
