One company, one vault
Every company gets its own isolated space. Access rules are enforced in the database, so nobody from another company can reach your documents, questions or answers.
Private file storage
Original files are kept in private storage and only opened through short-lived links for signed-in members of your company.
Never used to train models
Your documents are used to answer your employees' questions and nothing else. They are not used to train AI models.
You decide who gets in
Only people you invite get access. Owners and admins manage the team, and access disappears the moment someone is removed.
Your data stays yours
You can ask for a full export of your company's documents, questions and answers at any time.
Delete means delete
Deleting a document removes it from both the search index and the file storage. Closing the account removes the whole company workspace.
Sub-processors
Credocent runs on a small, deliberate set of providers. You are told before a new one that processes company content is added.
